HomeFarmHydro started in Jersey City as a hands-on obsession: could you grow genuinely good food — clean, fresh, nutrient-dense — in a small indoor space, without soil? It turns out you can. We grow culinary herbs and spices hydroponically, harvest them fresh, and document everything we learn along the way.
Why we obsess over the science.
Founder Farmer Raz came to growing through a personal interest in nutrition and heart health — cholesterol, antioxidants, and what food actually does once it's inside you. That's why HomeFarmHydro isn't just a farm: every herb and spice we grow gets a sourced write-up of its nutrition, chemistry, and real, studied health benefits. If we make a claim, we cite it.
